annex provides event discovery and information only. Unless explicitly stated, annex does not organize, host, ticket, or control third-party events.

Event details may be incomplete, inaccurate, or change without notice. Confirm dates, times, locations, admission requirements, and other details with the official organizer before attending.

RSVP, ticketing, and external links are handled by third-party sites. annex does not control those sites or their transactions, policies, availability, or content.

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. annex may suspend or remove accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users.

Saved events and other account features are provided for convenience and may change or become unavailable.

Events, corrections, and other submissions may be reviewed, edited, rejected, or removed. Submitting information does not guarantee publication.

Do not misuse annex, scrape it abusively, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, interfere with the service, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or others’ rights.

annex and its original site content, design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party event information and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

annex may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the service and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

annex is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, annex makes no warranties about the service or third-party events and information.

To the extent permitted by law, annex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, external sites, or attendance at third-party events.

annex may update features, content, eligibility, or access when needed.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
